When I started my company in 1994, I wanted to make sure my customers were given the honest service. Almost all mechanical shops, go by flat rate, which is commission. In order to combat over selling I implemented from day one everyone including my top techs are paid hourly. Just to help level the playing field for my customers. Our top priority is to treat our customers with honesty and respect. We will only charge you for work needed when it's needed. We will provide you with the most accurate estimate possible before we start work on your vehicle. Our staff works on an hourly basis and not on commission.
